KESTREL - LVL 1 MISSION ROCKET VERSION

PvE vs PvP Notes:
  This is the setup Somal Thunder uses on lvl 1 missions (not that he's always doing lvl 1's) - It's got good damage per second but the range only gets good enough when your missile skills are adequate (lvl 2 of missile bombardment and missile projection at least). This setup is recommended for level 1 missions.
  If you wish to use this setup in PvP, you must be very aware of the range you can fire within. Try to orbit or keep your enemy at a range of 5 KM or less - be aware there is no ECM fitted, and this setup is most effective in packs with one tackler (ecm-fitted frigate).

  As a side note, this setup allows the shield and capacitor to recharge faster, it also allows for a bigger and more powerful shield.
